Not much Lux's or too much heat? + LST opinion

Hello everybody,

My problem is (probably?) too much heat or not so much light. Growing under 5x 23W CFL 2700K, 5x 23W CFL 6500K. In the 16 hour of lights the cooling fan is always on, plant is about 30 cm under the light and it is getting about 23 000 of lux with 24,4 C°. When I put light more to the plants, I am getting about 34 000 of lux, temperature get higher to 26,5 C° but today I noticed, that some smaller leaves are curling to shade them of the light. Plant is about 20 days old, also wanted to ask, if my LST is not done badly.

THX for any advice mates :)

PS: Red arrows are showing the way it grows from roots to top. Small detailed leaf seemed like it was burned from heat or light to me? What do you think?

They look fine.

No worries on the cfls, when i use my 5way with 23w bulbs for babies, i basically have the lights within 2-3" of the plants. never any issue with heat or light stress.
