yeah, looking like nute burn, burned tips. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too early for nutes. If you use a soil like FFOC (Fox Farm Ocean Forrest) you don't need nutes for weeks. Try that next time. In the meantime, water those and hope they clear up. At least you're not too far along.

no nutes that early. dont use clear cups. make sure cups have drainage. and get light closer and a fan on em.

Roots do not like light, it will cause them problems.
