Nothern Lights, first indoor grow

So this is my first grow journal, I got halfway through one so far but had to end it because of unpredictable circumstances. So this is the beginning of attempt number two.

So I have a space to fill that's 5 feet high, 4 feet by 4 feet floorspace to fill. At my disposal I have a 2 4 foot t8's, and a few two footers and one footers. I also have a 400 watt HPS and reflector. I have water pumps, air pumps and veg. hydroponic nutes.

Can you help me put together something with an extra 200 dollars to spend? I'm trying to go with hydroponics, maybe DWC, Ebb and Flow, or Drip. I also can make a good DIY charcoal filter.
Any help or ideas will help

So far I am leaning towards a CFL grow. I'd like to use my HPS but I'm wondering just how hot it will be in the box if I use it. . . and I worry about how much room I will have. What sort of exaust system would I need to keep that HPS cool enough to use, and with only 5 to 5 and 1/2 feet to work with, will I be burning the tops near the end of flowering?

So far I have one lady on the rise from a seed, she's just been put into soil now even though I am leaning towards a bubbler bucket, or maybe even a drip system.

Wow - we're really on the same page. Check out my journal. I'm doing a 100% CFL grow with bubbleponics. Not quite sure what I'm growing, but things are moving fast in the bubbleponics system.
