anybody have experience with harvesting outdoor monthly all year around? I live in cali and my plan is to have an indoor mother take some clones, let them root, then throw them out in the green house... now when I put a clone out in say decemeber. How will the bud development rate go? will it flower normally growing a small plant with a potent harvest. or will it grow poorly??

hmmm, I cant think of any reason this wouldnt work. I dont get snow or too much frost. maybe it gets 25 degrees at night in winter but rarely. Get quite a bit of rain but I can keep everything dry. I am pretty sure the only thing that winter growing would be shity for is vegging, if i got a clone ready to flower it could go from 6 inches to a maybe 18inches creating a small bush??? they only need the 12 hours light which they would be getting. I no the position of the sun changes but I dont see this being a big deal. any thoughts??

Im in cali. in the valley near LA. It never gets that cold for us. maybe some rain. but i think they would live. Idk how big they would get. Prolly be best to get a sativa with good cold genes. that way they would stretch as much as possible. Then again why not just get autoflower?

Well ...I live in the hi desert in cali and I know that by december in L.A. the sunrise and sunset will only be giving you 10 hours of daylight, and less n less in Jan, so how will you the the other 2 hours of light you need?

So then ur saying that 10 hrs light and 14hrs dark after the inital 12/12 to make it flower it'll still grow normally?

now the way I see it.....if it needs 12/12 to flower, it's best to be at that time period(or damn close cause outside not exact always) for that stage. Now if its only 10 hrs light/ 14 dark in Dec. & Jan. the amount of hrs. of light for cannabis to grow is at least 10 correct? So the only prob. I see you having is yield.

well the cold and rain is the main problem but if ur area dont get to cold or rain much it would work..BUT..theres not enough light in those months to veg ur plants they will go right into flower once you put them outside.....you will have to veg them indooors to what ever size you want then put them outside to flower..

outside plants dont need an exact 12/12 to flower it just has to be close...basically under 15 hours of sun and ur plants will start to flower outdoors. At least thats when my plants start to flower in NorCal!!

Ok he said, root the clones, throw in greenhouse then put them out in Dec. Now I guessing when he saying "Put them out" he's meaning flowering. At that time only 10hrs. of daylight. How will these grow? Normal? Good buds but small plant and potent?? Weak buds?? Thats what Im getting from the ???
