I listen to NPR when I drive; 80% of the time. "Retard" was not necessary. I am bummed Car Talk is done. Click and Clack were great.

i don't listen to npr very much but there was a talk radio station i loved to listen to that showcased every political opinion and was local. on jan. 3rd they changed it into a fucking top 40 station. if there's one thing radio needs more of it's more top 40 stations.

the only pure talk station in the area is on AM and it's total shit. i don't really like to listen to straight newscasts on the radio. i like the chance to participate.

I listen to a public radio station - only radio I listen to, really. They don't carry a lot of NPR stuff anymore. They have NPR news, and some PRI (Public Radio International) stuff like Echoes. The got rid of Bob Edwards on Saturday mornings - probably budge cuts. :(
