Hello ALL! Welcome, to my late journal. It is now week 4 of flower, and this is my first post in an actual grow journal.
Before I get off track here... let me upload a bunch of pics for you guys to see and talk about my setup.
My Setup:
2 2700K 45W CFL
4 2700K 24W CFL
2 6500K 24W CFL
In the "hood" I have two 4" PC fans pointed UP to blow the heat the lights produce out of the immediate area. I keep my plants pretty close to the lights.
I have a 14" box-ish fan thats shaped like a circle pointed UP at the "hood" to keep temps LOW.
Grow area is roughly 40" x 40" x 8'
Walls are NOT reflective, this grow could be better. I am debating using foil. I KNOW.. it creates hot spots. I ave pretty good air flow, and I feel like it would be more beneficial than just plain cardboard.
This grow started on a TIGHT budget and STILL is on one.
I am aware of the heat stress on the "right" plant, and have taken measures to prevent it from happening again. These two beauties were in a cardboard box that wasn't even big enough for one of them. let alone 2 on week 4 veg, lights and clones.
NUTRIENTS:
I started off with Fox Farms, and just last week switched to GenHydro. My last feeding was 500< PPMs... Probably should be more.
***Week 2 flower I switched the "one on the right" to a soil/perlite-vermiculite.. hempy. 2 inch reservoir in the bottom; shes loving it. left plant remains soil.
These pictures were from weeks 1 - 3 of flower.
