Hi guys,
Well I'm totally new to growing, this year my housemate and I decided to do a lil windowsill ting, I've got 3 lowryder2 X Kush plants on the go and despite the feble Summer have been pretty happy with the results, nothing major, but enough for me to have fully caught the growing bug.
I've had a bit of a problem with fungus gnats, so covered the top of the pots with perlite, which seems to of worked really well.
However, I got home today to notice these wierd bluey green spots on some of the sade leaves of some of the plants, plus a little wrinkling of the leaves.
Whilst treating for the funguys, I put the worst effected plant in the garden for 4/5 hours, after which I noticed the perforations in one of the leaves, could this have led to an infestation causing the weird spots.
I have also been feeding them with Old timers bloom magic, and at times have prolly given then too much feed, I've also been adding nutes with every watering - is it better to keep it down to every other feed or something?
I also read another thread, which suggested it might be a calcium deficiency, if this is the case, can this be solved by adding chalk to the soil?
thanks for taking the time out, been meaning to put something up on here for ages, and will try and get (the tail end) of a grow diary up at some point soon, til then peace
