nute burn or not enough water?? nred Help plz!

so i find the girls having dark spots and shrink up upon edges, i looked up some nute burn but dont think look quite the same as some other peoples.
Any one identifies what the girls trying to say? still learning how to read em!
Helps are really aporeaciated!!

why have you fed them ?
the compost clearly has food in it already..

poor plants... yes your insticts are right youve burnt them.

just use water and good soil for a few grows. never mind the nutes......

i used 75% sea soil and 25% perlite, never fed them as yet cuz i wanna be careful... anyway to solve it T T

ok then the soils hot . many soils are . i use chilli seeds as sacrificial seedlings and let them burn and go green before pulling them. this makes the soil less hot !

sounds like an interesting method to green out the soil! But for now if i transplant the girls to 50% soil 50% perlite would it help??
