Ok so a few days ago my one plant started to look a little light compared to the other...then I noticed they havent been growing as fast as they should...then the one that was a little light started sagging...the next day or so the tips of the leaves started curling but not browning...yesterday it started to brown on the tips..but also yesterday is when I found out I was having nute burn...I am not sure if its because I used to much nute or because of the spike in PH(I had the ph go up to close to 7 then I would drop it and it would go down to about upper 4ish)...but I did the steps to try and save my plant...the whole time my other plant hasnt had any problems but now its starting to yellow...I wanted to post up some pics(not the best) to see what people think...and to see if everyone thinks there recovering...should it get better with what ive done..any other reccomendiations
..I also cut the brown dead looking roots off after my peroxide flush

Plants at this stage often don't look super healthy. Generally their newly rooted cuts and they're just getting their legs back. Give them a constant ph between 5.5 and 6.0 and a ppm of bout 400 or 500 ppms.Give them a week or so for new growth to start and the you can boast the nutes to 600. You're better off lower than higher on the nutes. To find the perfect nutes level for your plant you'll need to experiment. When your water level lowers due to your plants respiring and your nutes stay at the relatively same ppm (being used at the same rate) then you know you've hit it on the dot. Stability and consistancy are the keys to good plant health. It will also make your work a lot easier when you don't need to make adjustments daily.
