Nute burn wont go away

So since i have planted my babies they seem to always have burnt tips i tried just ph water 5.6 and ppm are 130-150 out the tap. I was wondering if its the dolomite lime in the premix not letting it drop below 7 runoff always 7

They are healthy tho am i stressing to much

Also, I'm not sure if this is what you mean, but damaged leaves won't heal. You need to look to new growth for improvement
