Nute prob?

can somebody help me. I'm not sure what to make of this. Soil pH is between 6.5 and 7. I'm getting necrotic spots following the veins on my leaves. there is not a pest problem at all.

With no pics I would think bugs because you said the spots were following/ near the veins. Look for bugs and I have no idea what kind of bugs that would be, I have not researched much into bugs but I need to and I am after i finish this post.
