nute question for dwc

starting my dwc soon , first time.. I want to know if I can use my soil nutes which was sensi a and b I believe that I have left. Also can someone tell me if I can only use the FLORA 3 part series for my clones and veg.. IF I cant use the sensi nutes I might try to get the flora series.

soil nutes concentrates have too high of NPK.....

no you cannot -- the nuets have to say they are for use with hydroponic even if you can also use them in soil

i am just about to finish my first week of flower on my first DWC and I've used FoxFarm Hydroponic BigGrow and Tiger Bloom and thats it. My plants haven't had any issues. I also use general hydroponic pH up and down. Keep it simple. A lot of these guys get way to into nuets. And then they have issues and can't figure out why.

you only use 2 nutes for the entire process? and also I think I would be using just the tap water, which has a ppm of under 100 according to the city guide from 2008. Really trying to cut cost down and saw the amazon for the 3 nutes of flora series for 35 bucks but other people said they use other nutes on top of that during veg and bloom also. Trying to get as much info as I can before my stuff gets here.. got everything ordered already except nutes.

i do 5 gallon bucket dwc and i use the ionic line (grow,bloom,boast). very inexpensive, well buffered- very little ph flucuation

Yes. I use one during veg and both during flower. I keep the PPM at 900-1100 during veg and under 900 to 700 during flower. Less is more brotha. Trust me on this. My grow looks great so far.

900ppm's??- i guess it depends on the nute brand. i rarely go over 600ppm or my leaves start to curl or claw. DSCN0109.JPG

I use Ionic grow with humic acid and bcuzz root stimulator in veg with weekly foliar spray of nitrozime seaweed extract and humic acid. In flowering i use ionic bloom 10 days after 12-12 with humic acid and bcuzz bloom stimulator. I grow in coco coir and keep ph 5.7 - 6.1 . My EC is anywhere from 1.0 to 1.8 depending on strain. Drip to waste 2 and 3 gallon pots of coco coir. Consistent buds every run.

Back in the day i use to use nothing but Ionic Bloom nutrient from small rooted cutting to harvest in DWC. Nothing else. No additives at all. I would get 2 lb harvests per 1000 watt hps lamps. The Ionic base grow and bloom is all you need really.
