nute question regarding switching to flowering

Hey everyone..thanks in advance for the help.

Info on my nutes:
The nutes i used for veg are called Bio-Grow. It is an organic nute solution from the company bio bizz. it has an NPK of 8-2-6. The plants seemed to love it every time they were fed. like i said, its organic and light (ive seen people post they use npk of like 20-5-10)

i bought their flowering nutes (also organic) which are called Bio-Bloom (2-6.5-3.5) and Top Max (0.1-0.1-0.1) on the Top Max bottle it says its a bloom stimulator but other than that im not sure what the top max does with an NPK that low but the guy at the store said it works really well and so far he's actually helped correctly quite a bit so i trusted him and bought it.

my questions are as follows.
1) do i keep using the bio-grow (veg'ing nutes) along with the Bio-bloom and Top Max (flowering nutes)
2) do i use them together in the same feeding. do i just mix them together with the water. or do i need to water with each one individually.

any other advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

Mix it up indeed, I use technaflora, and my recipe is alot of shit. The top max probably a bloom booster...always a very good thing. I never used bloom enhancers until about 5 years ago...very satisfied. My shit is dense like a baseball bat. good luck
