Nutrient bottles not sealed

What do you guys think? I ordered a gallon of Pro Tekt from Amazon and the paper seal under the cap had already been taken off so I returned it stating the reason I was returning it. I reordered another gallon and it just came, also missing the seal. Is this a big deal or should I just use it?

Anyone have an opinion?

I once heard chitty distributors like to water it down to get more out of it...but who knows... i personally wouldn't use it tho... jussayin
