I am going to guess Calcium deficiency. I'll see if I can bump it up a bit, i'm using distilled water with some CalMag but maybe I need more.

I'm thinking it looks more likely some type of lock out cause by using the wrong growing medium or type of nutes but you didn't list any info~

The plant looks sad, bud. It's not just deficient one element. Like DannyBlaze said if you want some help you gotta post some info.

I would guess bad roots and too much heat.

can I guess oh-oh... can I guess too?

Those are your oldest leaves...
They have been touched over and over...
I bet you smoke...
And, they are touching medium, and looks like they get wet....

So do nothing except be more careful...
If your new leaves that pop out the top look bad ... then come on back by and we'll fix [guess] that for you too....

The seeds were started with some Rapid Rooter cubes in an AeroGarden but have since been moved into my (experimental) HPA setup. They aren't in any medium beyond the original cube and their roots dangle and are targeted by misters.

I'm using PureBlend Pro, CalMag and Hygrozyme close (a little below) to the recommended levels from the product labels.

@Sand4x105, I don't smoke and I haven't touched the leaves.

They plants are in 20%-30% humidity at a temp of about 72 F.

My res is at 71F. It is recirculating not D2W.

2'x2.5'x10' tent, active exhaust, passive intake, led lighting, clip on fan for circulation. Two plants in the system. It has about 8 gallons of water in the res.
