Nutrient burn? Would appreciate outside opinions

Hey all, I just started this grow about 2 weeks ago, got feminized Red Diesel and Blueberry. So far the lights have been on for 10 days. The Red Diesel plant looks beautiful, green and healthy looking, but the Blueberry has a yellowish tint to it and the edges are turning dark. It also feels likes it dried out or something.

I'm using Pure Blend Pro Grow for nutrients right now but I've only used it at like, 50% what the schedule says, so I'd be surprised if that little nutrient burned them but it's definitely possible. Any help or advice would be much appreciated. Thanks guys,

this guy here says no nutes for seedlings is bad but to remove nutes and add one feeding to your cycle and in a week you can never tell

You should not be feeding your babies until the cotyledons fall off. Those are the first little round leaves. They hold enough food in them to get the seedling started.

Thanks for the responses, guys. I've been flushing them now for about 10-14 days and there has definitely been improvements and growth.

Unfortunately it looks like one of my plants hasn't totally recovered. As you can (hopefully) see in the picture the bottom most leaves are burnt and dead, the newest healthy leaves are still yellow at the tips, and the tiny, new leaf growths look like they're brown

Are these just aftershocks of the nutrient burn or something or are they still suffering? The other plant looks fine, it's the same age, was also burnt but the new leaves are all green. It is a different strain, though. Anyways, as usual, any comment or advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks

You've made a very common mistake, and that is, killing the plants with kindness. As was said above, seedlings don't need any nutes at all. By the way, once you start using the Pure Blend Grow for vegging, be sure to use the CalMag along with it. Same thing when you switch to the Pure Blend Bloom during the flowering cycle.

i usually dont nute that early i wait till a couple nodes have been formed ect. to each his own tho flush the lil baby and give nute when its a lil more established some breeds of collie are more suseptible to nute burn than others also its all in there genes

Young plants and nutes are usually no good, especially if they are that young. If you wait till you see the first sighs of deficiency (around 4 leaves showing) you will never give them more than they need. Good luck...JR

Thanks man. Yeah I do use the Cal-Mag. I haven't yet, since I burnt my plants and all though
