Nutrient deficiency or toxicity??

Hi, new grow,

After transplanting these plants to bigger pot in soil they started showing few signs of def or tox. The soil is a mixture of 1/2 soil (mostly clay), 1/4 peatmoss, and 1/4 perlite. I incorporated some compound 15-15-15 fertilizers initialy when preparing the mix ( about one tablespoon per pot) and gave them a single dose of liquid fertilizer (5-4-4). Got scared and flushed them with twice the amount of water as their container size, and they still showed the same signs.

Im starting to think that these are signs of deficieny. And to start fertilizing again with the liquid fertilizer.

Any feedback would be really appreciated.
Here are some pics, there is 4 plants, 3 of them have signs.

First of all, do you know your pH and PPM? Also, if you're serious about growing don't use soil that's mostly clay, that doesn't allow for good aeration for the root system.
