Nutrient Deficiency Problem??

Today is Day 22 of the plants' lives and both are starting to have their bottom leaves turn yellow. I am guessing this is due to a lack of Nitrogen. I have been feeding the plants (about 1 cup/day) from a mixture of 1/4 TSP Jack's 20-20-20 and 1TBSP molasses (1 Gallon) since Day 10.

What can I do to save the plant and/or what should I do to correct the yellowing of the leaves?

You been feeding 20:20:20 NPK to small plants in big pots of soil, i would guess that this isn't a nitrogen deficiency due to low nutes.

My guess, bad soil, overwatered and too much salt in your nutrient formula. It's not drying out enough and getting air to the roots. Go with straight water only when the pots are very light to lift for a couple weeks and you should be fine.
