nutrient feeding questions

hey guys i have a question?and i know it might be a dumb one but here it goes...when i mix my nutrients in a gallon of water do i then feed that entire gallon to the plant if its what it has been drinking. or should i just lightly wet the soil with the gallon mixed with nutrients then finish with regular water....thanks

use the whole gallon. might need more than a gallon if your plants old enough. you want to thoroughly wet your soil and let the excess water drain out

you want to get all of the soil wet. in the beginning you shouls do it slowly till you see how much they hold. like give them a half gallon and wait a few minutes to let it soak in. then give them a little more like a quart and wait a few minutes. so on and so on till you start to get runoff out of the bottom of the soil. then you know how much they can take the next time you water. if you are in soil try watering with nutes every other time and just water that has been pH's in between.
