Nutrient lock?

today i was going to feed my plants thinking the problems that my plants were having was cuz i didnt feed at full strenght. The ppm i checked before water was 1500ppm then once i water one plant just to check the run off the ppm was bouncing from 2300-2500. So instead of feeding i flushed it with just water. My leaves are crisping up and going yellow with brown spots. What is the appropriate ppm i get my plants to start feeding. So the run off wont be higher then the nutrients ppm. Im using fox farm soil.

switch to plain water, plants are finishing now.
1500ppm in is too high for you, stop that.
outside, at the end of the season, when resources get scarce, plants leaves change colors, they crisp up and go yellow........

If they are going crispy late in flower that's from toxic salts buildup and good flushing is the order of the day. Yellowing is normal late in flowering as the colas draw mobile nutrients from the older leaves but the leaves will be soft and pliable if the nute levels are at a proper concentration. If left on long enough they will dry up but with TSB they will be crispy and thick feeling in spots but still soft where they remain green.

Hard water contributes a lot of the salt buildup and too high nute levels make it all worse.

At 7 weeks they shouldn't need any more feedings. They seem to have an excess of nutes now so putting at least the same volume of water as the pots should rinse out enough of the excess to stop further damage from the salts but leave enough for the plants to finish. Three volumes for a complete flush.

I'm already reducing the feed at 34 days and will give them one more full dose of Big Bud and a half dose of Micro and Bloom with no Grow. Maybe something the same one more time before switching to just RO water.
