nutrient questions???

so im flowering a few plants indoors right now and am using fox farm nutrients. My question is should i flush them out with just water for the last week or so before harvest instead of feeding them nutrients every other feeding like i have been? ive been told to do that so that all the old leftover nutrients get washed out and so the bud doesnt have a chemically taste to it maybe. Lemme know what i should do please

you need to flush unless you like to smoke chemicals 10-14 days will give you more than you need try useing some vermi t if you can get you hands on it the bugs will help you in flush or in any part of grow or bloom

Why take away there food in that crucial time? I dry my buds fully, then cure in a mason jar. By doing this, the bud smells great, smokes great, and the dank is heavenly without any weird taste. sometimes i flush for the last 2weeks after my bud is almost fully ripe..or just 3 times..twice in 3 days then let it dry out then once more then let it dry out completely..then harvest..i usually just use water but this grow ima use carbo load in my first two flush's..one of my boys does it and said its a good way to keep ur plant processing sugars to get fatter ripper buds.. and the last flush ill use pure h2O

and my first two flushs are 2times the volume of my pot size..very last flush is 3times the volume
