Your humidity is based mainly upon the amount of transpiration your plants are doing. If you are not using CO2 it is doubtful you will have a humidity problem unless your temps go over 80 F. Likely your humidity will actually stay about the same as the transpiration will be lower with less air movement sucking away the moisture will mean the plants transpiration will drop some until the temp goes up. Once the temp goes above around 80 transpiration will increase as the plants try to protect them selves from the heat. However as there will be a shortage of CO2 growth will catually slow. If you are supplying CO2 the humidity will again rise and a dehumidifier should be used instead of an exhaust fan, however with the CO2 being present the plants will grow even faster as they will have all the CO2 they need, and the increased transpiration will allow for faster growth.
