nutrition problem?

hi the plants are 4/5 weeks veg i am using canna terra full doses. ph 6.4, one plant is visibly unhappy, is it the fault of a deficiency or was it burned by an excess of vitamins?

Not much info to go on but the problem seems isolated. Possibly got some fertilizer or watt on leafs? No the lees just pluck that couple problem areas and see if this keeps accruing, then check back in. Plants look really healthy otherwise.
