New York Attorney General Letitia James today filed a lawsuit against the Treasury Department and IRS, arguing that the agencies have failed to respond to information requests about their guidance reducing donor disclosure requirements for certain tax-exempt groups.

"My office depends on these critical donor disclosure forms to be able to adequately oversee non-profit organizations in New York," said James, who filed the suit alongside New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir Grewal.

"Not only was this policy change made without notice, the Treasury and the IRS are now refusing to comply with the law to release information about the rationale for these changes. No one is above the law - not even the federal government - and we will use every tool to ensure they comply with these regulations to provide transparency and accountability."

Inch by inch the noose is tightening, and it is inevitable that the truth will be known, that in reality, no bullshit, really the God's honest truth that Donald Trump is a liar and a fraud. (who would believe?)

Go girl, nail that motherfucker to the wall

Trump is dirtier than dirt. I have said for a long time that I believe what Putin has on Trump is everything. Everything. Shit no law enforcement agency in the US would be able to legally get away with. Legally being important because you cannot use evidence obtained illegally.

But Putin could know absolutely everything about this publicity hog and simply threaten to expose him for the bag of hot air that he is and always has been. All he would have to do is show 72 year old Donald Trump is not even worth what his daddy left him.

Manatee Sanders says nobody is smart enough but Trump to read and interpret his tax returns.
All the better for going after him. The more complicated they are, the more there is to interpret. But I think knowing the effective tax rate and actual income would sure be interesting.

i guarantee he doesn't tithe 10% like his evangelical base does.

his real estate deals are going to get him in trouble. why do you think his sister retired when she found out they were investigating the real estate deals?

Who is the most generous dem candidate and how much charity do they give as a percent of income? I’m not sure Americans really care about that. But I would be interested in knowing that for candidates from each party.
