You mean people in New York with real cannabis experience will be allowed to participate in their legal market?

Guaranteed it'll be better than the cluster fuck we got here. Only people that I know that made money from legal weed in Canada are ones who bought stocks and dumped them at the right time, no grower or customer that I know was able to become be legal.
