economy isn't looking good, hasn't been good, outlook is blah
but if economy gets some pop, feels a touch better, the incumbent gets some love, or some less hate

The thing is, you have people showing these charts everywhere, unemployment down, economy up, America getting back on track, private sector doing fine, etc. Then they turn the tv off and look around and say where in the fuck are they coming up with this shit? Is it only a few states seeing it? Do I need some magical glasses to see they shit they're talking about? They have been saying this shit for 3 years. Then they think about it a minute and say "fuck Obama it's time to give someone else a shot."
