odd light cycles

okay so i dont have a light timer but im trying to induce flowering at about 2 or so feet, i shut the lights off around 9 or 11 and back on about the same time in the morning will this still induce flowering? or just confuse the shit out of my plant

You will be stressing the plant out, even to the point of causing her to hermie, invest in a cheap timer, until you can pick up a quality one...it's like $4...
give it 36 hours of darkness and put it back under 24/0...
