I would also like to add that I have scoured the forums and even my own growing book about the issues I'm having and for solutions. I believe it is a multifaceted problem.

I received five clones from a friend. These clones were taken from plants two weeks into bloom. They had clonex gel applied and were put into a spongey medium (can't remember name atm). I drove them to my grow center and put them into my humidity dome with the temp consistently at 75°F +/- 3° with humidity staying right about 60% +/- 5%. I will add that we presoaked the sponges in tap water then wrung them out to be moist but not wet before inserting clones into medium. I did not water and out them on a 24/0 schedule after a couple days they began looking like nitrogen toxicity or overwatering. Seeing as I didn't water them and they showed clawing I figured it was the nitro I flushed the sponges out and its been a few days with still no improvements. If you need more info please just ask and I'll add in. I have pictures that I will post as soon as I get it figured out. I put odd things with odd clones bc I figured these aren't necessarily your average clones and idk if it's just bc of reverting to veg or what. On top of everything the friend who gave them to me had been dealing with spider mites which I believe I handled early enough to rid my area of them... I used 100% neem oil filed with water and a few drops of dish soap and pretty much dunked my clones in it then left them in darkness with a fan on them for 4 hours before returning them to lights. Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm also using leds for my lighting.

give me a couple minutes and ill have my photos up, gotta get them off my phone

bare with it dude. is that roots I saw. bottom picture. clone at the front. look close to the base of the stem, the medium does look rather wet, I clone straight into soil and I never let it have a shine on the top. unless u have rotten stems. leave em be..

also just noticed you said you use the dome, I have atleast 90% success without the lid on :)

empty that tray of water too, your medium looks like its soaking it up. them roots need to breathe :)

these pictures were fresh after I flushed out the water and squeezed them out to make sure they weren't overwatered.. I think they might have got nitro toxicity from being triple dipped in clonex.... as in dipped in clonex then dipped in sponge then dipped again in clonex etc etc. three times to ensure medium didn't push rooting compound off... ive also done a dip in neem oil to kill off spider mites (could've left a oily film). otherwise let me know of anything else you guys need to know.

will empty tray and remove dome for some time to see how they fair... should I kick a fan on low towards them for some breeze? help make hardier?
also in regards to bottom pic I believe those are from the little pistils or whatever that the females have... these clones were taken from plants two weeks into bloom hence why I think things could be kinda odd... I really feel like this isn't your everyday scenario

When you water only wet them about 50%, not drenched. Dip the corner of the cube in a bucket of water or use a large syringe with a measured amount if your a beginner.

Well after removing the dome and leftover water in my tray the results are grim. They are yellower and more leaves are turning yellow... I stored at my local indoor store today to buy a ph kit. Turns out the water is around 7.5 if not 8. So seeing as that's not good I tested and treated my water that I leave out to use for my pants. Its ph is about 6 maybe a lil lower not much.... after my adjustments I flushed the plants three times and have them very little water to make sure it wasn't over saturated.
The pic was yesterday and today they looked worse, seems as removing dome increased the progression of my problem.... the only thing I could think of was that because I removed the dome they got thirsty and drank the water that was way off on ph causing my problems to progress. Hopefully in a day or two I see better results with this corrected ph water20150316_133034.jpg
