odor control

Hey whats up guys. Im new to this forum, I live in portland and Im pretty new to growing. I have a 4X2X6 closet with 1x 1000 watt mh bulb running 16 mid size veg plants and 16 cuttings in a little tray with dome, I will include pics in a little bit. Anyway im wondering how I can cheaply set up a system to make for good air circulation in the closet space, im not worried about odor, as much because I am buying a tent for flowering, and keeping the closet to solely veg/clones/mothers..... Also I need to know how to build up a quick and easy and cheap setup to control air and odor and cool off the 1000 watt hps light as well.... as I will be moving it into the tent, and i will be putting t5's in the closet in place for the clones....and switching the MH out with a hps for the 1000 watt for the tent. Please get back with feedback and tell me if this sounds like a good setup.. the tent will be 6.5X6.5X5
