Of the Many Methods Which is best?

From Lsting and twisting and bending the inner heard for more sunlight to fimming and topping

in what combination would bring out best yeild. i know naturally more sunlight is bigger buds so lsting is defently good but what about fimming and topping

if possible hit me up with some pictures of 2 plants in 2 different methods to show the difference

I've topped and still there are little popcorns that don't reach their potential. In this case you could do a two teir harvest: Chop the tops and let the rest mature. But really, LST in combination with ScrOG IMO are the ultimate ways to grow. All budsites with equal light exposure is unbeatable. My new grow starts in the next couple weeks and I'll using this technique. From what I've researched I won't be disappointed.
