Off to a rough start. Thoughts on recovery welcomed

Growing a single plant as an experiment. Going to try to grow with no topping and strictly LST and see how big I can get this thing in a 4 x 4, probably going into a 7 gallon pot next. Unfortunately, we were off to a bad start as I am messed up at the beginning and created some self inflicted deficiencies which almost killed the plant about 2 weeks in. It managed to recover but it’s by far nowhere near the size it should be after almost a month although it looks quite healthy now. My question is, is it worth putting in the time to continue with this plant? Can it reach its normal potential or will my early transgression impact this little gal throughout its life.

Details:
Barney’s Farm Critical Kush.
Coco/perlite/worm castings 2 gal air pot.
Gaia Green Organics dry amendments.
Photontek 465w Pro, only running 3 bars @ 50% = approx 140 watts (500 ppfd at top of plant).
Having been growing this way for a few years now with excellent results.

Cheers.
