Oil turning color

Just noticed this and I've had it happen before with turning brown but this time it's turning a purple color... Anyone know why ? It's Raw Garden or something like that

It's just oxidation.

Search red ring of death.

O2 oxidizes into a deep red hue. It does NOT effect quality.

Reason why you always vac seal distillate.
