ive made it past the seedling stage and now in the vegetative stage but how do I keep humidity at between 50-70 while keeping temperatures low I use an inline filter but it seems to suck out the humidity
the best way would be to go buy a cool mist humidifier. they cost around 30 bucks, and add no heat to your area.
available at wallyworld, walgreens, most any department type store

If you use a air speed adjuster with the inline fan you can control the air speed from low to high. Depending on the cfm ( say 400) at full speed would keep the humidity low.
I keep a 20-inch boxfan wedged in the doorway to my flower room. I can adjust temps by reversing the fan from "blow" to "suck" mode. Same idea with the humidity. You can regulate RH by increasing/decreasing the air flow.
