Ok. so this is my first Grow.......

Im using MG soil w/ slow release nutes.< i feel this is my biggest problem.
also i have 5 23w cfls.
temps stays at 80.
watering with distilled wally world wata.
they were in a box, however temps stayed between 80-90 so i moved them in a room with a oscillatin fan.
as of today there 2wks and 3 days old. flushed them last night, after reading sme threads by closet.cult and spittn.....

What i want to know is whats going on? will they survive? how to bring them back, these are my babys and i'd hate to lose 'em...

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!:cry::cry::cry:

Jesus man, I may be extremely new here but I lurked a lot before starting up. First miracle grow was just a huge mistake as stated in any soil guide you will read. Should have just gone to a local place for some organic soil with dolomite in it. Also, from what I remember you will want to keep them in normal temps from 70-80 and nothing above, although mine regularly goes to 85-90 and I have not seen any ill effects so far (growing like a champ). Water I don't know if it really makes a difference as I used straight ph'ed tap water for my soil and they don't seem to mind. From the look of it I would suggest repotting in real soil and hoping for the best. Also, they look like they are stretching so they would need to be closer to the light as to get more compact in size.

Well bro you answered your own question. The miracle grow soil needs to go. The time release nutes throw your ph off. Your babies look nute burned and also over watered. And i agree with fmesoft on you babies looking stretched. Dont give up bro, do some more reading and transplant your girls to better soil and hope it works out. At 2 weeks old they should be ALOT bigger than that and working on at least the 4th node. Good luck bro and keep growing!

thats not nute burn. Nute burn would start at the tip and recede down the margin of the leaf. it's overwatering. plain and simple

awesome, im definately going to go invest in som better soil. your all right, they ARE stretching, and they ARE tiny for how old they are. plus to add on top of that, im using 2700k and not what im spossed to be. i got confused and watered them like they were clones..... BIG F*CKING MISTAKE AFTER ANOTHER!!! lol. however this IS my first grow, and it was only good bagseed. REALLY APPRECIATE ALL WHO COMMENTED!!!! stay high my friends.

im using MG soil for my two plants and it hasn't hurt them at all. your flush probably removed alot from the soil already. I wouldnt transplant for at least two weeks. the shock might kill them.

Clones really aint supposed to get that much water either, they grow roots to search for water and too much water impedes their root growth.

Dude, get rid of that MG soil. Organic is the way to go for soil. Fox Farm Ocean Forest and/or Happy Frog are great. perlite too. 70:30 ratio soil to perlite. i do 3 big handfuls of soil to 1 handful perlite. Shit works great.

+1 to BUDDZY thats what im using minus perlite and my plants are thriving. and its ur first grow dont feel bad, this is my 2nd attempt and i learned so much from my first time. you live and learn my friend, especially with this hobby so many variables to be accounted for, but it is addicting lol.

if temps are too hot i'd stick the plant outside somewhere discreet and let them get bigger before putting them back under that temp. but stop over watering as well.
