Definitely wouldn't count it out yet. Amazing sometimes just how much they can take and still live.
Keep any leaves on.
It's got plenty of roots. The lower shoots should still grow.
Then just take the top off later.

You'll know in a few days if it won't make it.

Just leave it as is - do not trim it or manhandle . Give it a little water and let mother nature do her thing.

Yup.. a couple guys said it.. let her be.. she'll send up them one or two shoots at the bottom that are still there..
