One big tree or couple small ones

Hi, my grow cabinet is 80cm x 80xm x 1.2m high fitted with a 400w hps globe. Question is should I grow one big female or a couple small ones?

ScrOG one, LST a few or go straight 12/12 with many. Depends on what you have to play with.

Have one big sativa in currently but flowering time very long. So I was thinking for my next grow to rather veg 4 smaller and flower early then veg long and flower only 1
