So, lately I've found that in order to smoke kief, I literally have to take 1 hit and wait sometimes as much as an hour before hitting the bong again.
A few days ago, before I figured that out, I'd taken about 3 or 4 hits, and within 10 minutes was freaking out in full panic attack, which lasted over a half hour or more.
Plus, I've noticed that this buzz is much more active than couch lock. The calming affect comes on later when the buzz starts wearing off. Fortunately, the second and third hits seem to be less racy and more stoney.
The strain was just some unknown mid-grade bag seed grown out 9 months ago. It dried out in the - not so well sealed - jar.
Some kind of hybrid as far as I could tell.
It's a great one hit wonder. It sucks that it can be so racy. I prefer couch lock over an active high at night. Of course the active high is great for house work and chores and stuff. I get a lot done, that is when I don't forget what I was doing and space out.
Why do some strains do that? Really speedy/racy instead of trippy/stoney? Does decarboxylizing it help take some of the edge off the buzz?
Perhaps I was trippy/racy?... speedy/stoney? I d'know? Whatever...
I remember hash from the eighties... a little black ball the size of a BB tasted like bubble gum and would get you fucked up in three hits!
