one month in - checkup

Hey there new to this forum, and cultivation.
I have been growing from seed for about a month, 2/3 weeks in veg.
It has just started its fourth node and only has 4 fan leaves, not counting the tiny pair on the 4th node.
One pair of 3 point fan leaves and one pair 5 point.
Its about 6 inches tall.

My goal is to clone when should I clone?
There are about 10 pre flowers spread out around the 2nd 3rd and 4th nodes. They are green and pretty tiny..any ideas on how to identify on sex ( I'm getting antsy i know ill have to wait)

P.S does anyone know if Marijuana will ever be legal in the U.S?

I'm sure there's plenty of picture tutorials on identifying plant sex during preflowering, just do a simple search, here or on google. Not sure on when to clone.
