Nice looking plant!

My opinion, the main 2 contributing factors to bud fullness that are within your control, are light intensity and airflow.

Of course genetics, overall plant health & proper nutrition, etc etc etc. . .. but I still think those main two things, light intensity and airflow, are what can really allow your flowers to go nuts.

just make sure you keep it healthy,
you can use humic and fluvic acid and seaweed solution as a pk boost, that will allow the roots to grow these tiny ones on them, therefore increaceing the amount of nutriemnts they take it, allowing for larger, firmer bud growth.
if growing in soil, bat guano is good as part of a top dressing you can add during flowering, use with comfrey juice, phos from the bat guano and potassium from the compfey. stinging nettels are a great sourse of nitrogen too
but only in soil
