One of my plants is growing very short and bushy

Compared to all the rest of them one is growing very short the internodes are very close to each other. Im in week 1 of flower and my 5 other plants have been stretching but my cookie plant is still just super short and bushy. Im guessing maybe genetics? But it's growing at a way different rate then the rest since im growing all different strains.

P.S I just LST the plant so that's why it looks like that
