Plant will be fine with some tlc. Need more info on your grow. If thats all perlite that the 1st problem. Roots don't like it. If u transplant it u will see discolored crinkled roots instead of large healthy white ones.The green fungus on the perlite is from improper feed/watering (gnat heaven). It's the nutes causing that. After the transplant give it some epsom salt to help it green up. Peroxide will give oxygen to your roots and help incase u got nute lock out. Dont know how u will get any microbial life without a proper medium.
In 100% perlite hempy I've heard of folks having some success after getting it down but its a different learning curve. Best of luck mate. Hopes she grows well for u.
Coco Hempy with Perlite at bottom 2 inches. Fed with Masterblend/CN/ Epsom. 600 ppm with Tap water PHd to 6.0.
Just finished one grow and on to another.
Ran 1130 ppm most of flowering.
20% runoff, always.
