One plant stretching

So I have 3 plants that survived out of my 7 that I planted, and one seems to have fallen over overnight, so I decided to open up the baby leaves with toothpicks. One seedling seems to not be stretching much at all, and one seedling has extreme stretching. I've posted pictures below. Let me know what I can do to fix this. Thanks

The seedling is stretching after more light. Move it closer to the lamp to prevent more stretching.

I feel like the seedling may fall over. I moved it closer to the light, however, I feel as if it will end up falling over.

Support the stem with a pencil, chop stick or similar support

I agree with the light comment, bring the light closer and the seedling should 'stretch' less. Though it's pretty early to call that stretching.

Just add some soil around the base to support it. Make sure it gets water evenly if you do.
