one tent, 3 differing strain profiles, what methods avaliable?

So I will have a setup with 3 strain profile types(not sure how to word it) or one thats pure indica, one pure sativa, and one 50/50. It will be in a 5x5 with most likely a vented 1000wat digital dimmable light with a big blockbuster 8 hood.

I also alrdy have a nice 2x4 foot veg tent so i have a place for long vegs, clones, mothers or whatever.

So what would be a effective method of growing?
scrog? LST scrog? lolipop(12/12 seed to flower)? new methods idk about?
lots of plants in say smaller 1 gallon buckets or a few plants vegged out in big 5 to 10 gallon buckets?

its will be organic soil grow maybe even gonna do subcool super soil.

I know its up to me but im just looking to see whats all the rage these days in the cannabis growing realm.

Depends who you ask. Scrog with a net is the latest thing but lots of the old timers still sog and get great yields.

Google Frank Gegas. That guy never vegged anything that wasn't a mother. All clones all sog. If you were smoking in the 80s and early 90s you probably got some of Frank's stuff at some point. He's probably where a lot of our modern strains originated too.
