Onions as a sulfur source

As in composted or fermented into juice. Anyone use them. mabey onions and bananas for a sulfur potassium flower boost.

You will probably have better results using some gypsum.

I think I remember onions being one of the things to avoid in a compost pile.
Maybe Im not recommending correctly

Nevermind, i googled and I was probably remembering this in reference to worm bins.

Hehehe... my backyard compost bin is chalk-full of onion discards and my worm base are off the hook!
