Only one plant 15 days old and the leaves are curling, shriveling and feel dry?

I have 4 Querkles and only one out of the four plants that are 15 days old and the leaves are curling, shriveling and feel dry? This plant is also much smaller and behind on its growth compaired to the others

its slow cause its stressed, how often are you watering and at what ph.
