hi guys!
this is my first grow id like to see what experienced growers think what they see.
my plants are 5 week into flower and in outdoors.
strain is nl x ww f1.
they were vegged indoor under 2x 125w cfls for about 5weeks.
used mainly canna coco a=b nutes. medium= coco. they in 2.5 gal pots and gettin feed 1-2 times a day.

first two weeks of flower weather was beautiful and they tripled in size less than two weeks and started creatin hairs like crazy. i have 3 plants grown from regular seeds yet they all turned out to be females.
since then the weather has gone bad, there was no sun for 2weeks with heavy wind tossing my plants and slight rain. i bought little greenhouse for them but can only fit 2 of them there, weather is now better (sunny) but humidity worries me and temp swings. humid is from 50-80% depending but mostly around 60%. temps daytime around 27c and night time 16-20c.weather supposed to be diamond but due to la nina or something my tropical dry season has turned into fuckwit weather ( sorry my language)
veg time i had no problems whatsoever they growed like crazy as well as early flowering was great. now however i met my first caterpillars which i took and crushed, since then havent seen any but they could be inside my buds feeding them bastards. im also scared of bud rot even though there no signs of it yet.
plants are 120cm and bushy and quite masssive in my opinion. buds covered in white crystals.
also theres foxtails occuring, where this can come from?
they had braches cut off due to heavy wind but they have coped really well. pistils are turning brown in most parts this is suppose is normal?
they should be ready in about 3-4weeks?
i havent done any trainin/topping etc as being my first grow i wanted to see how it grows naturally but any tips od taking some leaves out or something would be welcoming.
any thoughts tips and advice or questions would be really nice. i have learnt a lot of these forums and i want to thank you everyone who parcitipades in these forums. (sorry my grammar btw)

Looking good, so I don't have any tips other then, don't cut your leaves off. 3-4 weeks looks about right, but you should let your plants tell you when they're ready. Don't put them into a time schedule. Some may finish a week early or later then the others. Good job!

cheers guys for your comments.well said i wont be picking any leaves they had had already some damage with braches i see that as good advice cheers.. do you have any knowledge how much caterpillars can destroy buds or plants. i am not planning to anything except picking them up. just picked two fat ones. surely they cannot eat the whole plant as there is so much to eat. i dont have any goal yield. i am just growing for fun and for own use maybe share it with mates. i want quality over quantaty.
also what about foxtailing it annoys me becouse it looks so stupid :D

Get on those caterpillars with something more than your fingers. In no time at all you could be picking them off 24/7. They can take huge plants down in just a couple days.
Don't worry about the foxtailing... The THC potency is the same all over the plant for the most part.

hei brother what would you recommend to do with those nasty fuckers? i am not to keen to spray any poisons especially this far in flowering so its a bit difficult situation. i should of try to prevent this earlier :( they do worry me and they bloody hard to see. i tried carefully to check on them in buds but couldnt find anything. all of them i have picked is from the medium stem or leave..i do see caterpillar shit in random spaces..

Handpick caterpillars from plants as you find them. You may need to patrol your garden at night to find some caterpillars. Relocate the caterpillars to a different area, or kill them by dropping them into a bucket of soapy water.

1. Spray the foliage of plants with neem oil. Neem oil controls caterpillars and other pests, including whiteflies, leaf miners and thrips. It may also kill beneficial insects such as bees and earthworms, however.

2. Dust plant foliage with Bacillus thuringiensis, or Bt, powder. Bt is a natural bacteria that kills caterpillars, but it does not harm most other beneficial insects.

3. Outdoor - Invite birds and predatory insects into your garden. Hang a bird feeder to attract birds to the area. Ducks and chickens also enjoy eating caterpillars. If your garden lacks predatory insects, such as praying mantises, you can usually purchase a box of them from a garden center.

4. Surround seedlings with a rigid collar, such as a toilet paper roll or plastic cup, to ward off cutworms.

5. Lay a sheet of cardboard or plywood on the ground near your plants. Check under the board every morning. Slugs like to hide under the board at night, making it easy to capture them.

6. Many insects dislike the scent of lavender, mugwort, sage and peppermint.

Hope this wipes em out for you....
