Opinions on carbon filter please.

I've been looking into carbon filters for when i get to flowering what do people think of this one? (pic below.)

It's a 4 inche carbon filter, CF160 carbon filter, Can be used on fans that extract up to 220cfm, and also can be refilled. Gd buy or bad buy? anyone? Thanks.
