Opinions on lighting

I'm currently using 30w equivalent to 150w CFL bulbs and they are doing people good. I just started another plant and ordered an LED bulb to give it a try. just use the cfls if the plants arent that big there is no point but keep the led for flowering time or late veg

My opinion on lighting is that it's very helpful.

Thanks for the advice. One more thing I'm having a problem with on my first plant is yellow spots and I noticed the stem is starting to turn yellow as well. Is this bad and if it is how do you fix it.
