hi, so when i first started ordering seeds from attitude seedbank i made a journal for everyone to check out if they really are legit or scammed. i ordered twice from them 1st was the sept promo, and the last and most recent was from the october promo both came out well as every beans germinated except for the querkle on the first order which they had fix the issue for me oh and one 3d that did not pop out, and the other one was killed by my stupidity, so i got 4 more left of the 3d and they are all look the same in every way. so i got all my beans from them which are all vegetating except my jillybean which is already flowering 3 females and 2 males one that hasnt shown sex yet which got fucked by my dog named monkey, my kandy kush and pineapple express that i just germinated and my querkle which i am only waiting for the cheese quake to arrived from hemp depot.
ok so long story short, i will be making a journal for hemp depot which is great if you are ordering TGA gears, and also been looking at the beanho gears. if my seed will arrive which i have been praying that it would, i will be ordering a few more packs of TGA gears like chernobyll, qrazy train and dairy queen and maybe 1 more pack of the querkle.
ok so i sent the mail on the 14th of december, i wrote down my email addy for them to remind me if they received the payment.
have been emailing them if they got the payment so far the customer service was excellent sometimes takes a day to get a reply but most of the time just a few hours which is understandable because of the time difference
i emailed them again yesterday if they got the payment, was surprised they told me it was sent on the 23rd which i never got any email.
i asked them if they can provide a tracking number...of course i know it will be sent via regular mail if its international order, but i asked them anyways. they told me that since my package will be sent to the US the only available is through regular mail.
i told them that i am not from the US and that i am from the south east asia, and if they can confirm if that was my order that was sent and did not get mixed up from another persons order.
so they emailed me and they apologized and confirmed that it was my order that will be shipped here and not in the states.
so, so far so good there customer service is great answering every little questions i threw to them, just a little paranoid since this was my first order to them. i got more paranoid when i have read again there disclaimer stating : Seeds are sold as novelty items or collectibles. No guarantee on germination or amount of females. Loss, confiscation or damage in the mail, is the chance the customer takes.
