Organic and chem nutes

Hi,
I am new to growing with soil and need some advice. I have read in a mag that you can use organic nutes along with non organic and that it is actually quite beneficial to do that. I was wondering what everyone here thought. As I am due to start nutes soon and as i have both organic and some canna I dont know which one to use.If I do decide to use both how would I go about that? half n half mainly organic with a bit of canna every now and then? please help.

id just go with the fox farm tri pack. everything you need from start to finish.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have already got what i have got, which is canna terra or bio bizz organic I'd rather not spend any more dosh if i can help it. I will have to make a choice soon I just wanted to know what the world thought and if it really can work useing a bit of both.
